The Carnet 5 pour 4

  1. Buy a booklet (Carnet) of 5 trips on a designated route (valid for both ways). The Carnet is available in all Thello and Trenitalia points of sales except the vending machines.
  2. Whenever you need to travel, book your trip – for the desired date and time – for free using your Carnet reference. Travel must be made within 90 days of the date of purchase. You can book your trip with your Carnet in all Thello and Trenitalia points of sales.
  3. Each booking can be exchanged once, for free, before departure time.

Conditions

  • The Carnet is not a valid ticket. Carnet Holder must book a ticket before departure. Tickets related to a Carnet cannot be booked on board. Carnet Holder travelling without a valid ticket will have to pay on board the full price plus a surcharge.
  • Travel must be made within 90 days of the date of purchase.
  • Nominative offer: only the Carnet Holder can travel using the related bookings. An ID may be requested on board.
  • Each booking can be exchanged once, for free, before departure time.
  • The carnet is refundable up to 80% of its value before the first use; partial refund is not allowed.

  • Select departure and arrival stations, in any order (journeys can be done in both directions).
  • Choose the class of travel.
  • Complete the order. Please note that Carnets are nominative. Only the Carnet Holder can travel using the related bookings. An ID may be requested on board.

The carnet is refundable up to 80% of its value before the first use; partial refund is not allowed.

2. Book with your Carnet

To book a ticket with your Carnet, click here.

  • Insert the reference of the Carnet.
  • Choose the date and time of travel.
  • Confirm. The trip is booked.
